Fall Allergies? Avoid these---

ATTENTION!

If you have fall allergies, you may be able to reduce your symptoms by avoiding certain foods and drinks. Your body interprets chemicals in certain foods to be allergens...which can lead to itchiness, runny nose, watery eyes, sneezing and more. Check this list for surprising trigger and consider avoiding them to help with allergies.

If you are allergic to RAGWEED then avoid...bananas, cantaloupes, chamomile tea(a close relative of ragweed), honeydew, watermelon, zucchini.

If you are allergic to TREE POLLEN then avoid....almonds, apples, carrots, cherries, hazelnuts, peaches, pears, plums.

If you are allergic to GRASS then avoid...melons, oranges, tomatoes.

If you have seasonal allergies then avoid....beer, wine, liquor (all 3 contain histamine)
