It's Memorial Day Weekend as I write this and realize it is the unofficial first weekend of Summer! School will be ending soon, the weather will be more predictably warm and summer activities will begin. As we soon head to a family picnic I remember the days we used to fill the coolers with soda and drinks for all to enjoy. Those days have ended, at least in this house.
Since we began drinking Kangen Water(ionized, alkaline water)almost a year ago, we learned how bad Soda and Sport drinks are for your body. It takes almost 30 glasses of Kangen Water to correct the damage of the acid one glass of Soda or Gatorade. I no longer purchase these drinks and feel better about it. We made a healthy choice.
